Students can access Glow by clicking on this link:

https://sts.platform.rmunify.com/account/signin/glow

If, when in Glow, you use the waffle (dotted square at the top left corner of your email screen) to launch another app (such as TEAMS) and are prompted to log in, the email you should use must be in the following format  xxxxxx@glow.sch.uk - where xxxxxx is your usual user name ie. wlalearner@glow.sch.uk.  The password is your usual Glow one.

If you need your password reset and you have registered a Recovery email address on your Glow Profile, click on the 'Forgotten Your password?' link on the Glow log on page.  A recovery password will be sent to the Recovery email address you have registered.  Follow the guidance on that email to reset your password.

If you have not registered a Recovery email address and you need your password reset, or, have forgotten your log in details, please email Mrs McGown (Pauline.McGown@westlothian.org.uk) from another email account.  Be sure to give your full name in the email.  Mrs McGown will reset your password and email a default password to you.  When you next log into Glow, you will be prompted to set your own password.
